Terms of Service
These terms cover use of KELO Hair on the web and in the iOS and Android apps.
Accounts and access
Workspaces are created by KELO AI. There is no public self-serve signup. Owners invite their own team and set each member's role. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans, pricing and invoicing are arranged directly with KELO AI. Subscriptions are not sold through this website or through the mobile apps, and no purchases are made inside the apps.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another business's workspace, reverse engineer the service, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. Marketing messages drafted by the Growth Assistant require explicit owner approval before any send.
Service availability
We work to keep KELO Hair available and accurate, but the service is provided without warranties. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability.
Termination
KELO AI may pause or archive a workspace for non-payment or misuse. Owners may request an export of their data before closure.
